Workshop Facilities

Our specialized workshop has:- 3 x Fanforced 3-Phase Curing Ovens, Temperature Controlled Burn-Out Furnace, Vacuum Pressure Impregnating Vessel, Dynamic Balancer & a Varnish Storage/Dipping Tank and Spraybooth.

Our test equipment includes:- Megger MIT5205KV Insulation Tester, Baker R Series Surge Tester /D.C. Hipot, Vibration Analyser, Tinsley PC9 MilliOhmeter, Core Loss Testing, HiVolt Insulation Tester, IRD Dynamic Balancer & NSK Model NB-3 Bearing Monitor.

We also have the lifting capacity of:- 2 Diesel Forklifts (2.5t & 6t), Electric Forklift 1000kg, Mobile Crane & Overhead Mono Cranes with a range of 0.5-20 tonnes.

Standards

Isenring Electrics operates a Quality Management System for the design, overhaul and repair of a range of equipment such as electric motors and pumps used in both hazardous and non-hazardous locations. The system also covers the sale of new motors / pumps including a range of spare parts. Isenring Electrics have been an active member of EASA since 1994. Isenring Electrics have gained certification in AS/NZS 3800:2005 - electrical equipment for explosive atmospheres - repair and overhaul.
